Guide · Framer
Web3Forms is one of the best free form backends — 250 submissions/month on the free plan, no account required for visitors, clean JSON delivery. Here's how to connect it to Framer without writing code.
Why Web3Forms
250 submissions per month on the free plan — enough for most portfolio and freelance sites. No credit card required, no subscription.
Web3Forms gives you a single access key tied to your email. You can use it across multiple forms on multiple sites — no per-form setup.
Submissions are sent directly to your email. No server, no database, no webhook setup required.
Setting up Web3Forms
Go to web3forms.com,
enter your email and click "Create Access Key". You'll get a key like xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx — no account creation needed.
Open the visual builder.
Under Form Provider, select web3forms.
Set the endpoint to https://api.web3forms.com/submit
and paste your access key in the Access Key field.
Copy the JSON config, paste it into QuietForm's Config JSON property. Done. Quiet Form sends submissions as FormData with your access key appended automatically.
Enable Demo mode on canvas to test the UX. Disable it, submit a real test entry, confirm it arrives in your inbox. Then publish.
