Connect Web3Forms to your Framer site

Web3Forms is one of the best free form backends — 250 submissions/month on the free plan, no account required for visitors, clean JSON delivery. Here's how to connect it to Framer without writing code.

Why Web3Forms

Generous free tier

250 submissions per month on the free plan — enough for most portfolio and freelance sites. No credit card required, no subscription.

One access key, any form

Web3Forms gives you a single access key tied to your email. You can use it across multiple forms on multiple sites — no per-form setup.

No backend needed

Submissions are sent directly to your email. No server, no database, no webhook setup required.

Setting up Web3Forms

01

Get your access key

Go to web3forms.com, enter your email and click "Create Access Key". You'll get a key like xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx — no account creation needed.

02

Configure in the builder

Open the visual builder. Under Form Provider, select web3forms. Set the endpoint to https://api.web3forms.com/submit and paste your access key in the Access Key field.

03

Copy and paste into Framer

Copy the JSON config, paste it into QuietForm's Config JSON property. Done. Quiet Form sends submissions as FormData with your access key appended automatically.

04

Test before publishing

Enable Demo mode on canvas to test the UX. Disable it, submit a real test entry, confirm it arrives in your inbox. Then publish.
