Newsletter signup form for Framer

A simple email capture is one thing. A signup form that asks who your subscriber is and what they want to hear — that's a list worth building. Here's how to set one up in Framer without code.

Single-step vs multi-step signup

Email only

  • Maximum conversion rate
  • Zero context on who signed up
  • Can't segment or personalize
  • Best for high-traffic landing pages

Email + one question

  • Slightly lower conversion
  • Role, interest or use case data
  • Segmentable from day one
  • Better for niche or product audiences

Setting up with Quiet Form

01

Configure a 1 or 2-step form

Open the visual builder. Step 1: email field only. Optional step 2: a single select (role, interest, how they found you). Keep it short.

02

Connect to your email provider via Formspree or Web3Forms

Quiet Form sends submissions as JSON to any endpoint. Formspree and Web3Forms both forward to your inbox — from there you can manually add to your list or set up a Zapier/Make automation to your email platform.

03

Embed inline in your hero or footer

Use Inline mode and drop QuietForm directly into your Framer layout. Set width to match your section. Typography inherits from your project.

What to ask on step 2

Role or profile

Freelancer, agency, indie maker, student, other. Lets you segment immediately and write emails that speak to each group.

What they want to hear about

If you cover multiple topics, a dropdown lets subscribers opt into what's relevant. Reduces unsubscribes from people who only wanted one thing.

How they found you

Twitter, Google, a friend, other. Simple acquisition data that helps you double down on what's working.
